Julie, Certified Registered Dental Assistant

Julie received her dental assisting degree from the Duluth Business University. She has been Dr. Dryke's “right-hand-woman” from day one. In fact, this year will be their 10th anniversary working together! Julie’s uncanny ability to read Dr. Dryke’s mind results in the most pleasant and efficiently orchestrated dental ballet you will ever experience. She will entertain you with the antics of her cat, Sammy, and the latest adventures with her husband, Kevin. Julie enjoys working with patients and getting to know each one. She will remember your face, name, and every detail of your last conversation. More importantly, she will hold your hand, clean your eyeglasses, and ensure that your dental visit is comfortable.

Becky, Registered Dental Assistant

Becky received her degree from Hibbing Community College. She is a registered dental assistant and also has the dubious distinction of being Dr. Dryke’s sister. Becky enjoys camping and snowmobiling with her husband, Tabor, and their two children, Dalton and Kayla. She has an extraordinary rapport with children and can put any adult at ease with her warm and friendly manner. Above all, she loves working with people and making a difference in the lives of our patients.

Denise, Registered Dental Assistant

Denise received her degree from the Brainerd Vocational Technical School. Her wide range of knowledge comes from over 27 years of dental experience. Denise and her husband David are finding themselves "empty nesters" after spending the last 18 years watching their children Carissa and Braden play basketball. In her spare time Denise enjoys baking ( and we love her baking!) and various craft projects. She looks forward to meeting you.

Cindy, Registered Dental Hygienist

Cindy is the head of our hygiene department and has been a hygienist since 1992. Originally from Mora, Minnesota, she received her dental hygiene degree from the University of Minnesota- Duluth, then furthered her skills and knowledge in a periodontal office before joining our team in 2001. Her commitment to continuing education and thorough, yet gentle, skills will make your dental cleaning visit something to look forward to. Cindy enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband, Curt, and daughter, Emilia. She looks forward to meeting each of you and working with you to maintain optimal oral health.

Kelly, Patient Concierge

Kelly has been with our practice for almost seven years. When you call our Duluth dental office, you will be amazed by Kelly’s warm and friendly greeting. Her sparkling personality and professionalism reflect the high standards to which we aspire throughout our practice. Kelly and her husband, Steve, have two beautiful boys, Derek and Dane. Kelly finds great joy in helping our patients, and her dedication and contagious smile are always appreciated.

Mindy, Business Administrator

Mindy is the administrative guru behind the scenes. She handles everything, from answering phones to insurance processing to patient concerns, and keeps the office running smoothly. If you ever need anything, ask Mindy. She will help you find the answers quickly and always with a smile.

Mindy has a wide range of interests, including Madonna concerts, and she is by far the most stylish person on our team. When she is not hard at work, Mindy enjoys spending time with her significant other Tony, and their baby, a spoiled yellow lab named Rawko.

Pam, Treatment Coordinator

Pam has more than twenty years of experience in the clinical and administrative aspects of dentistry. Her vast knowledge makes her the perfect go-to person for all of your questions regarding treatment and financing. As your treatment coordinator, Pam will gladly take the time to review you treatment recommendations, answer all of your questions, and find the financing option that works best for you. She will process your insurance claims and coordinate your appointments to ensure treatment is received in a timely manner. Pam feels that every patient is important and should be entitled to the very best dental treatment. She will make your dreams become reality.  When at home, Pam enjoys reading, knitting, and gardening with her wonderful husband, Steven, and kitty, Sasha.

Stephanie, Registered Dental Hygienist

Stephanie received her dental hygiene degree from the University of Missouri, Kansas City. Stephanie, husband Allan and two children, Madison and Mason have recently relocated back to their hometown of Carlton, MN. Stephanie has had ten years of dental hygiene experience. She has a gentle approach to treating your dental hygiene needs. In Stephanie's free time she enjoys camping with her family, playing with her two dogs "Murray" and "Moose" and attending Nascar events. Stephanie looks forward to meeting you soon.

Joleen, RDH and Treatment Coordinator

Joleen is our newest team member. She earned her dental hygiene degree at Normandale Community College in Bloomington, MN. She has worked as a hygienist for over 12 years. Her goal is for patients to have a comfortable and educational dental experience. Her approach to hygiene is gentle and thorough, with emphasis on patient education and treatment planning. Joleen and her husband Randy have four children, Alyssa, Cody, Dawson and Brooke. She enjoys outside activities with her family and pets Kenai and Lucky. Joleen looks forward to meeting you soon.
